All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
3. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates based on your selected zone. Risk of loss passes to the recipient upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled or modified up until they enter processing. Once a bouquet has been prepared for delivery, cancellations may not be possible. Our 7-Day Freshness Guarantee covers quality-related refunds and replacements.
